**Returns**
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
**Restocking Fee**
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is to cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and repackaging returned items.
**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**Return Shipping**
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**How to Initiate a Return**
1. **Contact Us:** Before returning any item, please contact us at 888-223-3269 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. **Pack Your Item:** Pack your item securely, including the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. **Send Your Item:** You are responsible for returning the item within 30 days of receiving the return authorization number.
**Refunds**
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
